By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Products
All press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order. This means each set is created
specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to the custom nature of the products,
turnaround times may vary.

Custom Orders
Custom nail sets are created based on the details you provide, including inspiration images, colour palette, design style, shape, length, and size.
A digital design preview will be provided for custom orders. Production will only begin once the design has been approved by you. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Sizing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure nail sizes are measured correctly using the sizing charts and guides provided.
I am not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout. Refunds or replacements will not be offered due to sizing errors.

Processing & Turnaround Time
• Digital design previews for custom orders may take up to 3 working days.
• Once approved, standard processing times apply before dispatch.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in full and must be paid at checkout.
Prices may vary depending on design complexity, length, embellishments, or custom requests. Payment must be received in full before any work begins.

Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty (this does not include sizing). Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after the digital design has been created.

Product Care & Wear
Press-on nails are not permanent and longevity depends on application, natural nail
condition, and daily activities.
I am not responsible for damage caused by improper application, removal, or general wear and tear.

Colour & Design Variations
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. As each set is handmade, small variations are normal and part of the unique nature of the product.

Liability
By purchasing, you acknowledge that press-on nails are used at your own discretion. I am not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use, or damage caused during application or removal.

Custom Nail Orders – Terms & Conditions

Made-to-Order Policy
All custom nail sets are handmade to order based on the details provided by the customer.
By placing a custom order, you agree to the process and timelines outlined below.

Design Process
Custom orders include one digital design preview. This will be sent within up to 3 working days of placing your order.

Design Revisions
Minor adjustments are allowed during the design stage. Requests for major changes,
multiple revisions, or complete redesigns may be limited or declined to ensure production timelines are met.

Design Approval
Production will not begin until design approval is received. Once approval is given, the
design is considered final and cannot be changed.

Production Timeline
After approval, your custom nail set will be created within standard processing times.
Processing times may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

Pricing & Design Complexity
Pricing is based on design complexity (minimalist, midimalist, or maximalist), nail length,
and embellishments. Final pricing is confirmed before production begins.

Nail Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes using the Nail Guide. Incorrect sizing cannot be remade, refunded, or exchanged.

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of handmade press-on nails, all custom orders are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the digital design process has begun.

Inspiration & Creative Rights
Inspiration images are used for reference only. Exact replicas of other artists’ work are not offered. All designs remain the creative property of the artist.

Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional
fees.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Care & Wear
Proper application, removal, and care are the customer’s responsibility. We are not
responsible for damage caused by improper use.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to nailedlove. nailedlove operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). nailedlove is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. nailedlove reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until nailedlove confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as nailedlove may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by nailedlove, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
